Product Quality Disputes

若买家认为收到的柴油发动机或油泵油嘴存在质量问题,应在收到货物后的 3 个工作日内,向我司提供详细的质量问题描述及相关照片或检测报告。

If the buyer believes that the received diesel engine or fuel injection pump and nozzle have quality problems, they should provide a detailed description of the quality problems and relevant photos or inspection reports to our company within [X] working days after receiving the goods.

我司将在收到反馈后的 3 个工作日内进行核实。若经确认属于产品质量问题,我们将按照退换货政策,为买家办理换货、退货或提供维修服务。

Our company will verify within [X] working days after receiving the feedback. If it is confirmed to be a product quality problem, we will handle the replacement, return, or provide maintenance services for the buyer in accordance with the return and exchange policy.

若双方对质量问题存在争议,可共同委托有资质的第三方检测机构进行检测,依据检测结果协商解决方案。

If there is a dispute over the quality issue between both parties, a qualified third – party inspection agency can be jointly commissioned for inspection, and a solution will be negotiated based on the inspection results.

Logistics Disputes

若商品在运输过程中出现损坏或丢失,买家应及时联系物流公司并通知我司。我司将协助买家向物流公司进行索赔。

If the goods are damaged or lost during transportation, the buyer should contact the logistics company in a timely manner and notify our company. Our company will assist the buyer in claiming compensation from the logistics company.

如果因物流原因导致延迟交货,我司会与买家保持沟通,告知最新的物流进展。若延迟时间过长影响买家使用,双方可协商适当的补偿措施。

If the delivery is delayed due to logistics reasons, our company will communicate with the buyer and inform the latest logistics progress. If the delay is too long and affects the buyer’s use, both parties can negotiate appropriate compensation measures.

Payment Issues

若买家在支付过程中遇到问题,如支付失败、重复扣款等,应及时联系我司客服人员。我们将协助买家与支付平台沟通,核实交易情况,尽快解决支付问题。

If the buyer encounters problems during the payment process, such as payment failure or duplicate deductions, they should contact our company’s customer service staff in a timely manner. We will assist the buyer in communicating with the payment platform to verify the transaction situation and solve the payment problem as soon as possible.

若买家未按约定时间支付款项,我司将在付款截止日期前 3天进行提醒。若超过约定时间仍未支付,在不违反相关法规的前提下,我司有权取消订单,并依据具体情况追究买家的违约责任。

If the buyer fails to pay within the agreed time, our company will remind the buyer [X] days before the payment deadline. If the payment is still not made after the agreed time, without violating relevant regulations, our company has the right to cancel the order and pursue the buyer’s liability for breach of contract according to the specific situation.
